1kg chicken thighs (as pieces on chicken)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon oil
Coat chicken thighs
Brown at 200 C for 25 minutes
Stir after 15 minutes

  1. Heat 1 spoons of butter
  2. Add 1 spoon of minced garlic
  3. Stir and cook for a few seconds
  4. Add 1-2 teaspoons of red chili powder
  5. Stir quickly
  6. Add half a cup of chili garlic sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon honey
  8. Half a cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  9. Stir for a few seconds
  10. Add lime juice
  11. Garnish with bagel seasoning and chopped chives
