INGREDIENTS:
1½ cups oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
3½ water glass of Granny Smith. ° Add butter, sugar and eggs to a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
Mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Add to a large bowl. Mix well.
Add vanilla, mix well.
Mix apples and walnuts and peanuts.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan (you can also use two sheets of bread instead of a pan).
Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Check with a toothpick after about 50 minutes, if it comes out clean, your cake is cooked. If using a baking tray, check after about 50 minutes.
Make cream Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
Use brown sugar and milk.
Bring to a boil over low heat and reduce heat, stirring constantly.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. I’m waking up. Let it cool.
After the caramel has cooled a little, pour it over the cake.
