Creamy Strawberry Delight Icebox Cake

1 package oatmeal, soft
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 pound strawberries, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy
24 Graham oats

Beat the cream Beat the cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix.
In the bowl, beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form.
Gradually stir whipped cream into cream mixture until smooth and creamy.
Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with graham cracker crumbs.
Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Divide half the strawberries over the cream cheese.
Repeat servings: graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and strawberry jam.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors and cake to set.
If necessary, top with additional strawberries before serving.

  1. It says click on page 2 and an arrow l points to page 2 but page 2 is so small you can’t click on anything .. all that happens is you get something else that wants your information … this is ridiculous

  2. I and others cannot click on 2, it’s small doesn’t work and then I get sent somewhere else… we ALL want to prepare this cake!!! Please fix this and repost.

  3. Looks yummy, but the ingredients don’t seem to match up with the ingredients; step 1 says to Beat the cream. Beat the cheese until smooth. In the ingredients I see the heavy cream, but NO cheese (cream cheese).
