This is my secret weapon for keeping my husband in a good mood – he loves it

Three cups cold mashed potatoes, one large egg, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup chopped chives, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
A quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese, reserved for each individual
cooking spray or ghee for use it

  1. Spray or grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray and set the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the grated cheddar cheese, chives, frozen potatoes, eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. The pies should be baked for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and gooey.
  6. Step 6: After it has cooled for a few minutes, remove it from the pan. Serve while still hot and enjoy !

Instant baked potatoes are another time-consuming option that you can use in a hurry. It is important to wait until the mixture reaches room temperature before mixing. These little monsters are great for cooling. Let it cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes then place it in a freezer bag. Place it in the oven until it becomes soft and delicious and serve. Reduce the fat by replacing half the potatoes with a full casserole and adding some cheese.
