BBQ grilled back ribs

Half a cup of ancho chile powder
A quarter cup of white sugar
A quarter cup of brown sugar
¼ cup salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon ground dry chipotle
1 rack baby back pork
1 cup barbecue sauce

Preheat the oven to 120°C.
In a small bowl until mixed.
Place ribs side down on aluminum foil. Score the back of the ribs with a knife several times.
Apply mostly dry skin all over the ribs. There are ribs in the meat part of the seal. Move the page.
Bake in preheated oven until cooked through and bake for 2 hours. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Increase the oven temperature to 175 degrees Celsius.
Open the fillets and discard all juices and fat. Spread barbecue sauce all over the grill.
Place the meat on top and return it to the oven with the foam. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and apply another layer of barbecue sauce to meat side. Repeat baking and seasoning with sauce 4 times for a total cooking time of 50 minutes.
Cut the grilled ribs into rib pieces and serve with barbecue sauce.
