Honey Garlic Ribs

4 pounds pork
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup white wine
2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon garlic

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cut the ribs into pieces. in a large bowl combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic. Stir until the honey and sugar dissolve completely, then add the baking soda and stir. The mixture will start to foam. Place the ribs in the bowl and roll them up.
Turn off the stove; Place the ribs, meat side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the ribs and sprinkle with some garlic salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for one hour, turning every 20 minutes.
