Potato Pancakes

2 large potatoes 500 grams

parsley

green onion

Salt and pepper and garlic powder

2 eggs

Cornstarch 2 tablespoons (40 g)
Half a cucumber

Salt and Pepper

1 clove of garlic

Hot sauce

1.Grill the potatoes and drain them.

2.Place it in a bowl and add the parsley, chives, salt, pepper, garlic, eggs, starch, paprika and coriander.

3.Form patties and fry them in an oil pan.
