INGREDIENTS:
1 pound shrimp, raw
1 pound steak, sirloin steak (or any type of steak you like)
1 ½ -2 cups white rice, cooked ( you can also put rice in a bag)
3 eggs
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 large zucchini, sliced
½ cup frozen peas and carrot mixture (optional)
1 sweet yellow onion, cut into slices
4 teaspoons canola oil (can use vegetable oil)
Salt and pepper and garlic powder and onion powder to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
For the steak
Salt and pepper the shrimp, vegetables and rice – to taste
Boil the rice according to package instructions, then set aside.
Cut half the onion into bite-sized pieces and set aside
Cut the zucchini into coin-sized pieces, then into
smaller pieces and set aside.
Put a little cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Season
with salt/pepper to taste.Put the shrimp in the hot pan and fry each side for about 2 to 3 minutes. Take out the shrimp and leave it aside.
Put cooking oil in the pan. Season the steak and place in the same pan. Cook each side for about 5-6 minutes or until done to your liking.Add cooking oil to the pan and saute the onions over medium heat.
Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the zucchini to the onions in the pan. Cook the onions until translucent and the zucchini is golden brown. The vegetables should be tender, this may take 7 to 10 minutes.Season with salt/pepper to taste. (Allow the zucchini
to cook on each side and let it sit for a few minutes until golden brown)
Put the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and add 3 raw eggs
Beat the eggs until well cooked, then add frozen vegetables.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add rice to the pan and mix the ingredients well.Add soy sauce (and any other seasonings of your choice) and stir again.
Add minced or whole shrimp to the rice if desired and set aside.

Cut steak into cubes and set aside.
Put the rice on a plate. Next add the vegetables,
steak and shrimp.Serve with delicious sauce.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate the sauce for a few hours so all the flavors marinate together.
