No-Bake Fruity Cream Cheese Delight

280 grams of your favorite biscuits
120 grams unsalted butter
Fresh strawberries, 200 grams
Sliced peaches in syrup, 200 grams
Cream cheese, 300 grams
Heavy cream (33% fat) 200 ml
Whole milk, 200 ml
Granulated sugar, 100 grams
Agar jelly powder, 10 grams
Grated coconut to decorate

Prepare the pan: Use a rectangular dish about 20 x 15 cm. This will be the mold for your dessert.
Base: Melt half the butter and mix with crushed biscuits until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the dish to create a firm base. Cool it briefly to set.Fruit layer: Cut the strawberries into slices and arrange the peach slices. Arrange them on the cookie base to create a fruit layer.
Cream Cheese Mixture: In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream and sugar. Beat until the mixture is creamy.

Top with shredded coconut for added flavor and texture.Refrigerate: Leave the dessert in the refrigerator. First, let it sit for 10 minutes, then add the final layer of cookies and coconut. Put it in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 2 hours to make sure it has completely set.

To serve: Once set, cut the dessert into pieces.
