The Best Meatloaf Muffins Ever

1 kilo ground beef
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup, plus extra
1/4 cup milk

1/2 onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper

Preheat the oven to 190 °C grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

Minced meat mix in a large bowl, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Divide the meat mixture into muffin cups. Brush each with ketchup.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked (internal temperature 71°C).

Let the cans sit for 5 minutes before removing them.

Serve hot with ketchup.
