12 Shrimp Peeled, Deveined, Cooked

1 Canola oil

1 Smoked Pepper

1 Onion powder

1 Garlic powder

1 ½ Salt

½ Cayenne pepper

½ Thyme leaves

¼ Ground Oregano

Preheat the oven to 350°. Place foil onto cookie sheet. Cover lightly with oil foil coated with cooking spray.

Place the peppers in a mixing bowl. Add the oil to the bowl. Cover the pot and stir gently until the pepper is completely covered with oil.

Mix all herbs and spices in a small bowl with a lid. Add this to the shrimp pot.

Cover the bowl and stir gently until all of the shrimp are covered with the seasonings.

Arrange the shrimp on the baking tray in the same way. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot with a slice of lemon.
