Tropical Pineapple Delight Dessert

What You Need:

Crushed graham crackers, 1 cup weight
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups whipped cream
8 ounces of seasoned, whipped cream
Crushed pineapple, 20 oz

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Form a crust by pressing the mixture firmly into an 8×8 pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the whipped sauce and half of the melted cheese. The mixture should be mixed thoroughly. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Add the dried pineapple and the rest of the dough to the same bowl and mix well.
  5. Spread with cream cheese mixed with pineapple.
  6. Place the dessert in the refrigerator to set, preferably for at least four hours, but preferably overnight.
  7. If you want, you can top it with some whipped cream and crumbled graham crackers before serving.

Tips and variations

Add a tropical twist to this traditional recipe by adding peas or mango chunks, or spice it up by mixing the seeds into the soil. Reduce the sugar in the pan or use regular cream for less sugar. You can even make this delicious dessert vegan if you replace the coconut oil with cream cheese.
