This recipe is my best breakfast ever

1 package dough (2 cakes)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese (choice of cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere)
1/4 cup bacon or ham
1/4 cup chopped vegetables (such as spinach, mushrooms, and spinach)

Lightly grease the muffin molds or line them with baking paper for easy removal.

Place the dough on a floured work surface and use a rolling pin or kitchen knife to form a circle slightly larger than the hole in the tin.

Gently press each round into the muffin tin and make sure it has the correct shape.

Mix the eggs and milk thoroughly in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.

Spread the grated cheese, bacon or ham, and chopped vegetables on the prepared surface.

Remove from the oven. Gently run a knife over the pan to loosen it and carefully remove the quiche from the pan.
