5 large eggs

1/2 cup chopped ham

1/2 cup whipped cream

1 cup grated cheese

1 tablespoon fried onion

2-3 leaves puff pastry

  2. Oil the pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream, fried onion, salt and pepper with a fork until well combined.
  4. Cut out each muffin hole and cover with puff pastry.
  5. Divide the sliced ​​ham and half of the grated cheese into the muffin cavities and spoon the egg mixture. Add cheese on top.
