My sister made it and people keep asking how it’s done

Half-inch slices of kielbasa sauce, 1 pound

Two large apples, sliced, peeled, and peeled.

½ cup brown sugar

Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons

30 milliliters apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/4 of a teaspoon of nutmeg, ground

finely chopped 1/2 cup onion

First, add the kielbasa slices to the slow cooker.

  1. Place the apple slices, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a basin.
  2. Once the kielbasa is cooked slowly, pour applesauce over it.
  3. Brush the apple kielbasa mixture with the chopped onion. Close the lid. Cook, stirring occasionally, for five hours or until the apples and kielbasa are tender.
  4. Serve with some parsley as garnish.
