My hubby couldn’t believe it was just 4 ingredients

1 pound sausage
1 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup cheddar cheese
4 eggs

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup skillet.

Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over heat.

Place the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the cheese and Bisquick and mix well. Fold in the cooked sausage.

Pour the mixture thoroughly with a spoon, filling approximately two-thirds of the muffin molds.

Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown .

before serving, let the cakes cool for a few minutes.
