Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

12 slider rolls
1 pound thinly sliced steak
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 Onion, diced
6 small slices Provolone cheese
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste Pepper

Preheat the oven to 350°F
Separate the tops and bottoms of your rolls and place the shells on a 12×8-inch baking pan or parchment paper.
Cook the meat until tender and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside when finished cooking.
Fry peppers and onions until soft.
Prepare the bread by placing a small layer of mayonnaise on the top and bottom of the roll.
After the meat, onions and peppers are cooked, distribute the chicken first, then the peppers and onions evenly on the bottom of the oven.
Place a layer of protolone cheese on the peppers and onions.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with 1 tablespoon of green onions.
Place the bread slices on top of the cheese, then spread the surface of the bread with the butter mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes (or until the cheese melts).
Cut and serve.
