Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chopped broccoli florets, drained and finely chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or another cheese you like)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease the baking dish with cooking oil or olive oil.

Prepare the chicken breasts by cutting them into pieces, creating a pocket on the side of each breast without going through them. To complete this you must create an opening.

To combine, mix grated cheese and chopped broccoli in a large bowl. Salt, pepper and stir until well combined.

Divide one into each of four pieces of chicken fillet stuffed with cheese-broccoli mixture. The edges of the chicken should be pressed together to seal completely.

In another small bowl, mix the garlic powder, dried thyme and paprika with the olive oil. Spread this paste over the entire surface so that all sides of your chicken are coated evenly.

If you are storing other things that have spray on them; Place the filling in the prepared baking dish.

Preheat the oven 25-30 minutes before cooking until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. As a result, it can sometimes take a little longer to cook your chicken. Therefore, it is always a good idea to cut the meat into large pieces to see if it is cooked.

After cooking, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps distribute the juices so you get juicy and flavorful chicken.
