Amish Cinnamon Bread

For the dough:
1 cup butter, light
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk or homemade butter
2 cups milk plus 2 small spoon vinegar or you can replace it with lemon juice
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking soda
For the cinnamon/sugar mixture:
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

packs of butter, 2 cups of sugar and eggs.
Add flour milk and also baking soda.
Place 1/2 (or less) of the dough in greased loaf pans (1/4 per pan).
Mix 2/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon mixture over 1/2 of the batter in each pan. Add remaining batter to skillet.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Flatten it with a knife. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees, or until toothpick tester come clean.
before removing from pan let cool for 25 minutes. Makes 2 loaves
