Here is a simple recipe for making pineapple ice cream at home

4 cups frozen chopped pineapple
1 cup coconut milk (or other milk)
2-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to your sweet taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla

To prepare frozen pineapple: Cut fresh pineapple into pieces and freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
