5 potatoes
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Beat the egg white and mix with the herbs mentioned above (and your favorite). In particular, you can add red pepper or special fried spices that you can find in any supermarket.
  • Then put the sliced ​​potatoes in a salad bowl and add the beaten egg white. Mix everything well with your hands.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and cover it with baking paper or parchment.
