Corn Flakes with Bananas Breakfast

  • Corn
  • Milk
  • Almonds
  • Honey (optional)

  • Nuts ( such as chia seeds, sunflower seeds (pumpkin, optional)
  • Fruit (substitute strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  1. Start by pouring the corn into the bowl.
  2. Cut the banana into pieces and place them on the corn.
  3. Pour the milk over the corn and bananas until they are coated to your liking.
  4. Optional: Add honey to cereal to add flavor.
  5. Sprinkle seeds, nuts and seeds for extra flavor, texture and nutrition.
